Processing time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Shipping rates & delivery times

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected.

 

Order tracking

• If tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Address changes

• Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. Changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is processed.

 

Delays

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

 

Lost packages

• If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll help.

Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Final sale items, gift cards, and downloadable/digital items aren’t eligible for return.

 

How to start a return

• Contact us with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and an image of the package.

• If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

 

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or wrong items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible after placing it.

• Cancellation window: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.


• After processing/shipping: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can’t be canceled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy instead.


• Refunds for canceled orders: If your order is canceled within the allowed window, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.


• How to request a cancellation: Email us  at support@furandpaws.store with your order number and

  “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
